[01] About the project
One Goa is a plotted development at Bicholim by The House of Abhinandan Lodha. Before a plot can be sold or a home built, the land needs roads, drainage and boundaries. RKC built that framework for Anika Industries Pvt. Ltd. (HoABL).

- Internal road works, with crossings
- Storm water drains
- Retaining walls on the sloping ground
- Internal compound wall masonry and plot marking stones
- External precast compound walls
Working with the monsoon
Goa's rainfall is heavy and concentrated, and a hillside development lives or dies by its drainage. The storm water network and retaining walls were built to carry that water away and keep the plots and roads stable.
