The Rudrapur highway is one of RKC's road assets under the Hybrid Annuity Model: a 43.446 km highway that RKC built and now operates and maintains through the concession period.
The asset reached its commercial operation date in March 2024 and represents a financial asset of ₹350 crore.

Owning the outcome
With HAM, the contractor finances part of the build and is paid back through annuities over the years that follow. That ties RKC to the road for the long term: its quality on handover, and its condition years later, are both RKC's responsibility.
